The Gift - Seven Seasons (2026)

‘Seven Seasons’ is The Gift’s 5th major release and a fully-fledged concept album. Initially inspired by the Shakespearean notion of ‘7 Ages Of Man’, the project has been gestating for five years. It started as an idea during the long days of the pandemic and is now finally with us at the start of 2026.

The album fuses the band's familiar widescreen style with a harder-edged, contemporary rock sound and memorable tunes. It is a song cycle, designed to take you on a complete musical journey from pre-birth to end of life. However, each part of the suite is also a self-contained song, and we hope you'll enjoy dipping into the experience as well as going for ‘full immersion’.

The musical palette is broad, embracing orchestral flavours, folk, a touch of blues, and slight jazz inflections alongside the more progressive elements you've come to expect from us.
