The New York-based band Peaer has announced the release of their fourth studio album, "Doppelgänger," scheduled for January 16. The lead single, "Button," explores frontman Peter Katz’s reflections on office employment, the evolution of personal identity, and the significance of contributing to a larger cause. Despite a nearly seven-year hiatus from full-length releases and pandemic-related disruptions, the group remained productive. The new LP serves as a career-spanning collection, featuring material developed between 2015 and the present day.
