Dewa Budjana, Czech Symphony Orchestra - PragueNayama (2026) [Hi-Res]

PragueNayama is a grand collaborative project between the renowned Indonesian guitarist Dewa Budjana and the Czech Symphony Orchestra. The material was recorded in Prague in April 2025. The release stands as a conceptual work merging jazz fusion with academic symphonic music.

The tracklist features both new compositions and reimagined orchestral versions of signature tracks from the musician's extensive discography, such as "Karma" and "On The Way Home." The album title is a wordplay combining the recording location ("Prague") and the Sanskrit term "Pranayama" (the regulation of life energy through breath), reflecting the meditative and philosophical nature of the music. The orchestrations add a cinematic depth to Budjana's recognizable melodic style.
