A new British progressive rock band consisting of John Mitchell (Arena, It Bites, Kino, Frost, Asia, etc.), Nick Andrew (who opened for artists such as Midge Ure, Guthrie Govan, John Williams), Steve Hales (a well-known member of the music scene, often performed with Kepler Ten and R2 – A Tribute to Rush) and Darren Redick (who performed with many musicians, including the late Bernie Marsden, Grand Slam and many others).

On January 29, 2026, the young, genre-defying rock band Perfect Beasts releases their long-awaited debut album, named after the band.
Perfect Beasts is an album that refuses to play by the rules. His songs are both adventurous and accessible, driven by emotional, primal vocals and guitar sounds unlike anything ever heard before — partly thanks to the use of advanced synthesizer guitar and modern music technology.
"Every track tells a story, every riff is like claws, and every melody is piercing," says guitarist Nick Andrew, who along with (vocalist-guitarist) John Mitchell, (bassist) Darren Redick and (drummer) Steve Hales bring this monster to life. From the rousing riffs of the single "Three's A Crowd" to the moments of the heavy philosophical title track, Perfect Beasts is an album that conveys the unbridled power of rock, opening the door to unexpected influences — a sonic adventure where anything is possible.
