Yamirah´s Solar Explorers, Yamirah Gercke, Sacha Hladiy, Ria Rother - Andromeda Galaxy (2026)

The Berlin trio Yamirah’s Solar Explorers is releasing its debut album “Andromeda Galaxy,” a cinematic blend of contemporary jazz, indie soul, R&B, and art‑pop. Guitarist and composer Yamirah Gercke, a Berklee graduate and founder of Fat Banshee Records, is known for her solo work and her collaboration with her father in the project Bad Ass Freaks. Pianist Sacha Hladiy, trained at the Bill Evans Piano Academy, contributes experimental and classical elements to the jazz‑piano foundation. Drummer Ria Rother, deeply rooted in the Berlin jazz scene, provides a flexible rhythmic backbone drawing on big band and free improvisation. The album is conceived as a cohesive nine‑part sonic journey with a strong focus on depth and artistic vision.
