Creating a new album became a quest, but ultimately, there was only one place where they wanted to record this new album—at Hans Hannemann's studio Twang Wolf. Together with their new drummer (Klaas Harm Dijkstra), they set out to create an album that musically captures the essence of the band. Once again inspired by American artists like Velvet Underground and Iggy Pop, they also drew more from the music of their own youth in the ’90s. The influences of bands like dEUS, Soulwax, and The Pixies are clearly audible.
