Nice semi instrumental collection by Lee Perry's house band the Upsetters.
It gathers mostly next cuts to some of Perry's more popular productions, with some Bunny Lee sprinkled in for good measure.

The title track is version 5 of The Wailers' Small Axe, Cheerio is a proto-dub mix of Eric Donaldson's Cherry Oh Baby. Carl "Ras" Dawkins' Picture On The Wall is a cover of Freddie McKay's Studio 1 hit with backing vocals by The Wailers. Track 7 Pop-a-Pop is an alternate mix of Lynford Anderson oft-versioned Pop-a-Top. Mark & Luke's Don't Cross The Nation is in fact the version of Little Roy's All Africans, the jazz standard Blue Moon gets a work-out as Dark Moon. Track 11 Rough And Smooth is sung by Stranger Cole, it's a remake of his Treasure Isle hit Rough And Tough and is that Peter Tosh featuring on the spoken vocal?

Enjoyable good time dance music.
