Basement Floor Greatest Hits Vol One is a compilation album by the American rock band Basement Floor from Baltimore, released in December 1983 on the independent label Eastern Records.

Despite the title, this is not a classic hits collection. The band recorded over 100 songs, but due to an unsuccessful contract with Atlantic Records, their music was unreleased for a long time. Ultimately, the musicians selected 12 tracks themselves and jokingly titled the album "Greatest Hits Volume One."
