Hands On is the debut studio album by Texas blues-rock guitarist Wes Jeans, released on July 11, 2000, by Icehouse Records.
The album is a spirited blend of Texas blues and rock in the style of Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan. The recording features bassist John Williams and drummer Lloyd Anderson (Al Green's rhythm section), as well as keyboardist Greg Redding (who played with Albert King).
Jeans delivers vocals, which critics have described as mature and "raspy" for his age at the time of his debut.
