The album brings together Robinson's most significant work from the 1970s, when he recorded for Stax subsidiary Enterprise.
Before this solo period, Freddie Robinson was a sought-after session musician, working with legends such as Howlin' Wolf (recording "Wang Dang Doodle" and "Spoonful"), Little Walter, and Ray Charles.
