Sabor Sabor Sabor is the debut studio album by the Venezuelan salsa group Nelson y Sus Estrellas, released in 1966.
Founded by pianist and composer Nelson González Rojas, the group became one of the pioneers of salsa in Latin America. The album laid the foundation for their signature sound, which blends classical salsa, guaracha, and Caribbean rhythms.
