Common People - Games (2026) Hi Res

Los Angeles-based indie rock outfit Common People has crafted a remarkably honest and emotionally raw debut EP with Games, a collection that doesn't try to vanquish darkness but rather learns to sit beside it. Produced by Cage the Elephant's Brad Shultz, the EP features standout track "Dear Worry," which bassist and vocalist Konrad Ulich describes as "a love letter to that voice in your head" and "an honest reflection on worry that is less so about overcoming negative emotions as it is learning to live with them". Assembled across a series of studio sessions stretched over a year and a half, the band describes the process of putting Games together as "a really fun process" of "figuring out which songs belonged together, how they should flow".
