Alchemy is a musical rock opera by British musician Clive Nolan (known for the bands Pendragon and Arena), released in 2013. It's a Victorian steampunk adventure story and Nolan's second major theatrical project, following She.
Set in 1842, the plot follows Professor Samuel King, who searches for three artifacts left behind by the alchemist Thomas Anzeri. He faces the villainous Lord Henry Jugman. The goal of the search is to perform the "Anzeri Resurrection" ritual, which can open the door between life and death.
