The series unfolds behind the closed doors of a fictional British religious cult inspired by real high-control communities, including the Plymouth Brethren. It follows Rosie, a young mother whose tightly controlled life within the sect begins to unravel when she encounters a mysterious stranger with a criminal past. Over six episodes, the show examines themes of female emancipation, coercive belief, and the violence hidden beneath enforced order.
