Fex - Don't Look Back (2026)

The German band FEX is releasing its first live album, Don’t Look Back, featuring archival recordings from Paderborn and Uelzen captured in 1985. The release includes rare and previously unissued tracks, notably a complete live version of Subways of Your Mind, famously known as "The Most Mysterious Song on the Internet." Despite being newcomers at the time, the quartet demonstrated exceptional performance skills and a professional live sound, meticulously captured by an engineer nicknamed Hase. The original cassette recordings underwent extensive restoration directed by Zoey Cairs. This album inaugurates the Live Waves release series, established following a massive international search for the band's lost music that culminated in late 2024.
