Kristoffer Gildenlow - Humanised (2026)

"[Humanised]" is the sixth studio album by Swedish multi-instrumentalist and former Pain of Salvation bassist Kristoffer Gildenlöw, released on May 29, 2026.
Unlike the musician's previous, softer solo works, this album is noticeably heavier. Traditional progressive rock and progressive metal are intertwined with elements of doom rock, gothic, sleaze rock, and electronica.
The album is not strictly conceptual with a linear plot. It is a series of musical "snapshots" exploring various aspects of human nature, the behavior of modern society, consumer culture, and contradictions.
Kristoffer performed vocals and recorded almost all instruments, with the exception of drums and a couple of guest solos.
