"Grandi Successi" is a three-disc compilation album by the legendary Italian progressive rock and jazz fusion band Area (also known as Area – International Popular Group), released in 2013 in Italy by Sony Music.
The album was released in a long-box digipak format and includes key tracks from the band's 1970s career. During this period, the band was distinguished by its radical left-wing lyrics, the unique experimental vocals of Demetrio Stratos, and a fierce blend of styles.
This collection is considered an excellent anthology for an in-depth exploration of Area's work, as it thoroughly covers the most powerful and uncompromising period of their musical history.
