The Handover - New Old Medicine (2026) [Hi-Res]

The trio The Handover presents their second full-length album, New Old Medicine, recorded at Morphine Studios in Berlin with producer Rabih Beaini. Developed by band members Aly Eissa, Ayman Asfour, and Jonas Cambien during a two-year international tour, the musical material blends Egyptian folkloric traditions with psychedelic elements. Conceptually, the album unfolds as a single monumental composition, evolving from a pensive introduction, organ, and violin solos through dynamic percussive rhythms toward a final cosmic ascent.
