The Italian quartet I Marc 4, featuring Maurizio Majorana, Antonello Vannucchi, Roberto Podio, and Carlo Pes, served as the definitive backbone of the iconic 1960s and 1970s Italian cinematic and library music sound. Alongside collaborating with legendary composers like Ennio Morricone and Nino Rota, the group recorded an extensive series of library LPs at Rome's Telecinesound Studios. Sonor Music Editions presents the first-ever dedicated reissue compilation combining the finest moments from the group's two rarest and most enigmatic records, S.M. 2001 (Silver Music) and S.M. 2002 (Silver Men).
