Goldbug - Swings & Roundabouts (2026) [Hi-Res]

Irish-French musician Danilo Ward, performing under the moniker Goldbug, has announced the independent release of his debut album, Swings & Roundabouts, scheduled for June 26th alongside a limited vinyl run. The formation of the artist's style stems from his upbringing in an isolated commune in Provence and a nomadic lifestyle, deeply reflecting in his melancholy sound. The nine-track record features co-production by Chris W Ryan and mastering by Heba Kadry. The musical material blends elements of art rock, post-rock, neoclassicism, and ambient collages, enriched by mellotron, brass, and sweeping string arrangements, following the artist's recent live milestones and collaboration with the Crash Ensemble.
