Paolo ercoli - Slide Vibes (2026) [Hi-Res]

The musician presents their second solo instrumental project, "Slide Vibes," recorded entirely alone, unlike the debut album "Why Not," which featured top bluegrass musicians. Inspired by a conversation with folk artist Malcolm Holcombe, the new record consists of 12 original tracks performed exclusively by the author on squareneck dobro, Weissenborn, and lap steel guitar. The project reimagines the role of the resonator guitar—traditionally confined to country and bluegrass—shifting its sound into the realm of cinematic, contemplative ambient and soulful acoustic music.
