Gianni Oddi - Oddi 6 (1975)

In the first half of the 1970s, Oddi released a series of conceptual albums (Oddi, Oddi 2, Oddi 3...), and this sixth installment became one of the most striking instrumental releases of the Italian scene of the time.

The sound is a refined Italian pop-lounge of the 1970s, with a strong emphasis on alto saxophone solos, accompanied by an orchestra, and a soft yet groovy rhythmic funk groove.
