Keishera - She Is Life (2026) [Hi-Res]

Keishera has released She Is Life, an EP celebrating feminine power and dignity through roots reggae. Five tracks, unfolded gradually from March through May, form a unified narrative about self-worth, personal boundaries, and unstoppable feminine energy.
The project's core concept draws a parallel between women and the earth: both are sources of life, nurturers, and creators. The opening track "She" honours Mother Earth and her abundance, establishing the spiritual foundation. "It Ain't Crazy" reaches its musical crescendo with orchestral arrangements, affirming that self-development and self-love are necessary, not madness. "Blaze It Up" stands as a confident assertion of personal boundaries, while "Beautiful Girl" returns listeners to a celebration of inner beauty and dignity. "Yuh Nah Ready" concludes this journey with playful declaration that feminine energy is a force not to be underestimated.
The final touch is a dub version of "She," which strips the track to its essence, leaving only bass, simplicity, and spirituality.
Created by Keishera (vocals and melodies) alongside producer Jon Moon in Berlin, the EP weaves live instruments with contemporary reggae soundscapes, creating an audio landscape that is both traditional and timely. The project is a manifesto that recognising one's worth is a form of power, and that change in the world begins with us.
