The Durutti Column - Circuses and Bread (1985)

Factory Benelux is reissuing the seventh studio album, Circuses and Bread, by the Manchester ensemble The Durutti Column. This remastered edition includes the nine original tracks from the 1986 release alongside six additional bonus compositions. The collection features recordings from the Italian mini-album Greetings 3 and represents a definitive look at a notable period in the band's catalog.

Musician Vini Reilly created the album under the influence of Factory Records patron Tony Wilson, finding a devoted audience in Belgium and beyond. The record showcases Reilly's soundtrack-like playing style, highlighted by atmospheric compositions such as the piano-led Street Fight. New listeners and fans can also explore bonus tracks, including All That Love and a vocal performance by Lindsay Reade on I Get Along Without You Very Well.
