Grand Theft - Hiking Into Eternity (1996)

“Hiking Into Eternity” is an archival album from the short-lived British progressive/hard rock group Grand Theft. The original material was recorded in 1972, but commercially released in 1996 by the Audio Archives label.

The music of Grand Theft draws on the antics of important British underground rock of the early 1970s, echoing the sounds of bands such as Leaf Hound, Hard Stuff, Atomic Rooster and May Blitz.

At the beginning of the 1970s, the Grand Theft group took an active part in the British underground scene, but never saw a full-length album on the great label.
