"Andetag" (Swedish for "Breath") is a solo album by Swedish multi-instrumentalist and composer Lars Hollmer, founder of the cult avant-rock band Samla Mammas Manna and a key member of the Rock in Opposition (RIO) movement. The album was recorded at his renowned home studio, Chickenhouse, in Uppsala and released in 1997 on the Krax label.

"Andetag" reveals Hollmer as a master of creating light, yet deeply melancholic, chamber music. Unlike Samla Mammas Manna's more chaotic and eccentric early work, a refined acoustic atmosphere prevails here, with accordion, piano, and bassoon taking center stage.
