Bala e fa balà is the fourth studio album by the Italian folk-rock band I Luf, released by the independent label Associazione Culturale I Luf and distributed by Venus.

The album's title, in Lombard dialect, translates as "Dance and Make Others Dance."

Festive, energetic, rich, and polyphonic, the music combines traditional Alpine and Celtic motifs (accordion, violin, bagpipes, flutes) with a pumping rock rhythm section. Stylistically, I Luf ranks alongside Modena City Ramblers, Davide Van De Sfroos, and Bandabardò.
