Staind – Chapter V (2005)

Chapter V (2005) is the fifth studio album by American quartet Staind, produced by the legendary Howard Benson. Released at the peak of the band's commercial success, the album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, cementing Staind's status as one of the main pillars of the American alternative scene of the mid-2000s. Unlike the raw, aggressive nu metal of their early years (Tormented, Dysfunction), Chapter V represents a mature balance between massive, heavy riffs, arena rock dynamics, and the deeply personal, confessional acoustic lyrics of frontman Aaron Lewis.
