Cheryl Durongpisitkul - I Still Miss You (2026) [Hi-Res]

Melbourne-based jazz musician, composer and bandleader Durongpisitkul has released I Still Miss You, an album rooted in his own family history. His mother battled ovarian cancer and bipolar disorder while raising four young children, and she died by suicide when he was 18. Three years later, a week into his first big overseas trip, he received a one-line email from his father confirming he had bowel cancer. His father died a week after the musician’s 24th birthday. It was on that trip, 15 years ago, that the idea of turning these experiences into music first took shape. The result is a deeply personal, cathartic album about trauma, loss and grief. It was produced by GRAMMY Award winner William Brittelle, and the release includes a three-page full-color insert with additional artwork, lyrics and liner notes by the musician.
