The Scottish producer has been fairly quiet recently – his last release was 2012′s wiry, percussive EP Zenith – and all becomes clear with the announcement of Exits. Sporting a glam-cum-schaffle beat and a haunted playground melody ‘Howl’ it takes a tumble into cartoon playfulness somewhere down the line, and ends up sounding a little like a nightmarish version of the Roobarb & Custard theme tune, or Battles after a night at Alton Towers.
