Following several US EPs and Stateside praise from the New Yorker, Time Out NY, No Depression, and many more, Leland Sundries will make its UK and European debut in 2016. The debut album 'Music For Outcasts' combines garage rock, indie rock, and Americana, and has earned comparisons to Lou Reed, Jack Oblivian and Ezra Furman. A NYC band through and through Leland Sundries could have sounded equally at home tearing the roof off of the Fillmore East in 1968, Max's Kansas City in 1969, CBGB's in 1977, Coney Island High in 1992, Brownies in 2002 or Death By Audio in 2008. While making this album, lead singer and song-writer Nick Loss-Easton has been to hell and back after open heart surgery and going sober. He writes songs that draw the listener into a world and combine great lyrics with rock & roll.
