Half of what I acquire is in the ancient (late 90s) 1 file per cd + cuesheet format. I prefer separate tracks for a variety of reasons. You can drop and drag a bunch of cuesheets to Foobar to mass split by reencoding to flac (or any other lossless format). Don't use Mediaeval Cue Splitter, since it doesn't cut at exactly the right place.

Sometimes you have to edit cuesheets because they contain errors and Foobar refuses to read them (most commonly the file extension is incorrect).
