The Heidenheimer "Erpfenbrass" bassist and singer Andreas Schmid introduces his new band in the frapé today.The Andreas Schmid quintet is made up of young musicians who got to know each other through their music studies.After the foundation in 2017 they recorded the first album in the same year "Köln", which was released by the Label Neuklang at the beginning of 2018 and marked the professional launch of the band, is mainly played by Andreas Schmid's own compositions.The band sound mixes tradition with freely designed moments and shines with exciting harmony, virtuoso solos and catchy melodies - a real treat for cast and music - not just for jazz fans.
