David Dilin - Albert Chain (2018)

Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and raised in California’s Inland Empire, Dilin was continually enveloped in many aspects of artistic expression, from instrumentation to choreography, from spoken word to foreign languages. Challenged by his AP Language Arts teacher in high school, he began to grow a love for writing prose. He began blogging, and inspired by poets Denizen Kane and Palina Nicole, Dilin published his first Spoken Word piece called “Hey You,” which is featured on his first body of music, Vice Versifier.

David is currently a member of the CSUN Slam Poetry team. He has been invited to perform at a variety of venues, from poetry clubs to fashion shows, and even churches. He now makes appearances at events all over Southern California and continues to write lyrics a cappella and to instrumentals.
