Hardwater - Hardwater (Reissue) (1968/2011)

A group from the town of Boulder (Colorado), formerly known as The Astronauts. In 1967, they changed their name to "Sunshine Ward" and released a sorrel of "Sally Go 'Round The Roses / Pay The Price". A year later they were signed to "Capitol Records" and released the only self-titled album under the new name "Hardwater". The album was produced by the legendary David Axelrod. Later three of their songs (City Sidewalks, Sanctuary and Good Ole Friends) were also recorded by The Yankee Dollar.
