"South And West" is the eighth solo effort from Colorado Americana artist and the follow-up to his 2017 John Oates-produced "The Head And Heart". The title of the new project reflects the increasing amount of time Starr spends between his Colorado home (where he owns a guitar shop), and the Nashville music recording and writing scene.
The new release features several co-writes with Nashville artists, a number of Starr originals and one Elton John classic.
Starr tours extensively in the US and UK and is currently working on another project with John Oates at the helm for 2019 release.
