When people talk about French Theatric Symphonic, names as ANGE, MONA LISA, or ATOLL are always mentioned, but few people remember this excellent band from the late 70's who released a single album called L'Homme Voilier in 1979 and then vanished (at least for people outside France)
The band doesn't have a website and there's very little biographical information, but the lineup that released their only album consisted of Allain Gallet (Vocal and percussion), Gilles Hinterseber (bass), Joel Lebosse & Norbert Periaut (guitar), Remy Hubert in the keyboards and the drummer Thierry Tual.
Their style is clearly Symphonic with more than obvious references of ATOLL, ANGE and even the Zeuhl band MAGMA. The good part is that they are able to combine these influences with their own sound to create a fresh and excellent album that deserves to be listened.
