Channeling over a decade of life’s torments and the sounds that offered solace, Youngbloods' first full-length collaboration with Connecticut based producer Foamek is an overwhelmingly colorful journey through solitude and angst under the lens of nostalgia and ecstasy.

2 years ago, Foamek returned to his childhood home (and woods) after spending most of his formative years immersed in city nightlife, self-medicating increasingly self-destructive neurosis. With the consuming depression that came with the silence, and the ever-present nostalgia of being home, he sought catharsis in the "braindance" sounds of his youth. With no conscious intention to write an album, “Radar Ruins” gradually emerged amongst the plethora of other productions—a pattern in the dust—and revealed itself as an accidental soundtrack to a life recovered.

A project so patiently constructed by and for a person that moves at light speed, "Radar Ruins" stands as a monument for Foamek's experiences and a means to move forward, or as he describes it, "an assembly of thoughts once discarded but now retrieved."
