The Blues Swingers - Live In SCL (2018)

With 10 years of experience and 8 albums released, THE BLUES SWINGERS is one of the most renowned Blues music groups in Chile. His particular stamp lies in being one of the few exponents of this genre who cultivates the style in a classical way, that is, his music is a faithful reflection of the different styles that emerged from the ensembles between the 1940s and 1960s, U.S. Thus, within its repertoire we can find from the purest Chicago Blues, through the Swing and Jump Blues of the west coast, to the hard Shuffles that became popular in Texas. Currently the band is in a phase of launching their eighth album "Escaping from our wives", just released this year 2018. After their last two CDs were included in the best 40 albums of the year 2015 and 2016 respectively, The prestigious US magazine, Blues Junction, expectations for this new work are very high. Especially considering that they had the participation of two international luxury guests, such as the experienced American guitarist, Pete Schmidt and the outstanding Argentine musician, Daniel Raffo. Finally, we must mention that throughout its musical activity, outstanding musicians of the genre were part of the group, its current formation being a selection of notorious exponents of the Blues of the local scene:
