Manfred Wieczorke (born 28/4/1946, in Sarstedt) started in rock music with a variety of bands, chiefly Hannover based, first with Eloy, then Jane and numerous other late-1970's progressives.

Over the years Manfred established himself as an accomplished keyboard player and synthesist, and has recorded music for library labels and films apparently. But, it seems that his first (and only) proper solo release is TRANSFER, which is a fine example of the genre, and one that adopts his space-progressive Pink Floyd inspired roots into a style reminiscent of 1980's Tangerine Dream or Johannes Schmoelling's solo work ~ The Crack In The Cosmic Egg
