Eiliff - Eiliff / Girlrls! (1971-72/2006)

Krautrock fusion band originating from Stuttgart. All the band had experience in other projects beforehand, notably guitarist Houschäng Nejadepour played in early Kraftwerk. As the "Eiliff Music Collective" they set-up base as communal group in Cologne. They recorded two predominantly instrumental studio albums during their lifetime (and a single), with other live recordings surfacing much later. The Eiliff fusion sound had the power of Mahavishnu Orchestra, but Krautrock styled with lots of originality.
