Stippenlift is the alter-ego of singer and producer Hugo van de Poel. He himself calls the music Depriwave. The melancholy texts about crying, suffering and depression are delineated with electronic music without any frills. After Christmas hit 'Crying (Christmas)' in 2016 followed in 2017 the albums 'Chaos In The Universe' and 'This Is Stippenlift'. With his new album 'Kerstfan', Stippenlift once again puts a penny in the Depriwave bag. Again an excellent album that you want to find in every Christmas playlist.
