As a longtime fan of Madredeus I still could not be prepared for this tour de force by Teresa joining with the Septeto de Joao Cristal. Who knew she could sing in this genre as if she'd been doing it all her life? The Septeto is absolutely excellent and supports the vocals at every turn. The best part is the warmth and tenderness of Teresa's voice is married to the sunny Brazilian music in a very refreshing way.
