Anthony Adverse - The Incredible Anthony Adverse (1992)

Part of the legendary El Records roster. Anthony Adverse was in reality singer Julia Gilbert plus collaborators such as Louis Phillippe. Two albums were released ; 'The Red Shoes' (since reissued, with extra tracks, as ' The Incredible Anthony Adverse') based on the Powell and Pressburger film The Red Shoes and written by Louis Philippe; and ' Spin' - a collaboration with songwriter Daemion Barry.
