Sylver Logan Sharp - Place to Begin (2009)

Bravo and Kudos to Sylver Logan Sharp and producer Daryl L.A. Hunt!! "Place to Begin" is an amazing CD that I can't stop playing. It is very rare to hear music like this that touches your soul, literally. The lyrics are moving, depicting love as I haven't heard in a long time. For example, "Right Through Me" describes the kind of love that few people dare to feel, becoming one in body and spirit. The continuity of the album is flawless as the songs flow in telling a complete story about searching for love through friendship, admitting when you feel it, trying to get it right through its ups and downs, and then finally just saying, "I Love U." These beautifully written songs are encased by two bookends that show us Sylver's unique funky-disco beat in, "Don't Give Up (On You)."
