With this recording Pollini is closing the circle of Debussy Preludes with the long anticipated recording of the 2nd book – 18 years after he recorded Book 1, which is an evergreen in his discography

The album is completed by ‘En blanc et noir’, which makes for a unique musical encounter between the Maestro and his son Daniele Pollini – a very refined and accomplished young pianist and conductor with a growing profile
