Gadsby & Skol - Gadsby & Skol (2001)

Gadsby & Skol, consisting of guitarist/vocalist Chuck Gadsby, drummer/vocalist Rick Skol, and bassist Drew Tjernstrom, played in the Toronto region in the late '60s and early '70s, supporting some visiting acts, but never had an album released. About 30 years later, they went in the studio to record the material they had played in their original incarnation. The songs on the 2001 CD Gadsby & Skol, all original save for one, are heavy blues-psychedelic-rock, heavily indebted to Blue Cheer, and to a lesser extent Cream and Jimi Hendrix.
