Since the first taste of Bad Omens hit YouTube in 2015 with “Glass Houses,” the band seemingly could not avoid the Bring Me the Horizon (and their magnum opus, Sempiternal) comparisons. The progression developed on Finding God Before God Finds Me will still likely not separate Bad Omens from that conversation any further, but the band is aware of the quote, “flattering yet frustrating,” judgment.
