Flautist Eric Lamb exhibits his incredible dynamism with this collection of iconic works from the repertoire. Exploring the depth of his musical interests, Lamb takes us on a journey from the eighteenth century, with JS Bach’s seminal A-minor Partita for solo flute, straight through to the twenty-first, with Austrian composer Roland Freisitzer’s hypnotic Music for Eric Lamb . Along the way, Eric picks up his dear friend, the versatile soprano Anu Komsi, as he explores all of the different characters that can be portrayed by the flute.
