Soleil - Lollipop Sixteen (2019)

SOLEIL is back with a 3rd album titled "Lollipop Sixteen", as singer Soleil will be turning 16 just a few days after the release. As with the first two albums, "My Name is SOLEIL" and "SOLEIL is Alright", the album was recorded and mixed in mono.

The album includes original songs written by Takanami K-taro (Playtime Rock, ex-Pizzicato Five), Frenesi (a songwriting comeback from her hiatus!), Tweedees, microstar, Non, Naoe Masahiro (Carnation), and by members Sally Kubota and Nakamori Yasuhiro, and arranger Okada Yumi. There are also two covers, of Imo-kin Trio's hit song "High School Lullaby" (music written by Hosono Haruomi), in a high-speed ska arrangement, and France Gall's "Zozoi" (sung in French). This time again Hoshino Michiru sings chorus.
